Welcome Party

Are more details available regarding each event dress code?

Since the Welcome Party will take place in the center of town and is accessible only by foot, we will not have transportation for this event.

Transportation WILL be provided to bring you to and from the Beach Club Party and Wedding Reception. A detailed itinerary outlining the transportation schedule, drop-off and pick-up points and so on will be shared with you closer to the date.

Please note that the Wedding Ceremony will take place at Pan de Palais in the center of town, so we ask that you plan ample time to walk here on the wedding day. Our Planners will be standing outside to greet you when you arrive!

Will transportation be provided?

While the Welcome Dinner will take place in a town square without grass to worry about, please keep in mind that the pedestrian pathways throughout Saint-Tropez can be a bit slippery and uneven. We recommend that you choose footwear accordingly.

For the Beach Club Day, we recommend flat sandals for women and beach friendly loafers or sneakers for men.

The Wedding Day will take place on grass in some areas, so we recommend avoiding stilettos or any heels that might sink into the grass.

Are events taking place on grass?

The one downside of Saint-Tropez is that parking is very limited. Free parking is not available within the town center, and the 3 paid parking lots (Parking du Nouveau Port, Parking des Lices and Parking Foch) are quite expensive, for both hourly and overnight options.

If you choose not to stay in Saint-Tropez, we recommend scheduling a taxi instead for a seamless pick-up and drop-off. Your hotel can help you book any rides, though you can reach out directly to Taxi Saint-Tropez , Ultimate Sun Drive or ST Transfer if you prefer.

If you do choose to drive + park, we recommend the following lots for each event:

Welcome Dinner Parking: Any of the 3 paid lots listed above
(approx. 10 min walk from each to Hotel La Ponche)

Beach Club Parking: 4 Rte du Pinet, 83350 Ramatuelle, France

Wedding Day Parking: Parking Foch (5 min)
*Note: Parking des Lices will be unavailable on the wedding day due to the Saturday market
